A dragon couldn't really manage it, but Tony still managed to convey the fact that he was arching an eyebrow somehow. Still, he let Steve get away with the deflection for the moment, if only because there really wasn't much he could do about it. He'd made sure the man slept, he couldn't exactly hold him down until he was honest about how he felt. Not here anyway.
