[It's harsher than necessary and Frank hears it after the fact, but he doesn't back down. There's many reasons he would refuse but right now he's pretending the only one is because they're in danger.]

[ Without saying another word, she turned on her heel and started down one of the corridors in search of her flashdrive again. It would help her with meeting the current deadline set in place. Becoming a reporter really made sense and she did not need Frank's help with it.
Turning the corner, she reached up to grab for a box. ]

His lips press tight together as they continue on, Frank keeping guard and sweeping the area as Karen gets what she needs. His mind keeps returning to that damn old, dusty guitar, wondering if he still remembers how to play if he had the chance. Not here, not now.]
Maybe when we're alone somewhere. [He blurts out blunt and random amidst the silence, creeping up beside a window to look at the darkened streets outside.] Not sure if I even remember my chords.

Fingers digging around inside, she grabbed for the flashdrive, shoving it into her coats pocket. Yes. Shoving the box onto the shelf, her eye caught onto something before she moved away. It looked like a trail of blood. Never a good sign. ]
Only if you want to. [ She responded to his offer, taking a few steps forward. ] I don't want to make you uncomfortable.
