[ The warmly encouraging look remained on her face as he stumbled through his words, trying to figure out what he wanted keep have. She understood the difficulty with speaking to someone new as well. A small town made it a challenge for newcomers but she didn't mind as much. ]

You got it. Coming right up.

[ With one last smile, she headed over behind the counter to get the coffee and muffin. Her arm gesturing over to an empty table for him to occupy. He looked like he needed to sit down. ] Here you are, you alright, though?

[ A brief pause and then -- ]

You look like you've seen a ghost!
