Kai: selkie. A prince of the underwater kingdoms but generally doesn't know because his mom left early in his life to return to the sea. Always longs for water and returns with his pelt every few months to refuel the seawater in his veins. Caring to a fault but with a little spice to him. Innocent and naughty in almost equal measures. Powers over the water element, can speak to animals and a few other abilities. Owns his own magic/apothecary shop. Takes care of his dad, grandma and younger cousins.

Adder: god of the underworld. Not someone to trifle with but is a little less razor sharp with those who work well for him. His 'family' means everything and he has a lot of weight to deal with when it comes to judgements and the scales. Tough exterior but a more squishy center for anyone who take enough time. But a rage never seen before if invoked. Powers of necromancy, the scales, fire and other things.

Sungmin: siren reaper. Incredibly tempting and not at all easy to resist even in just a friendly way. He knows very well how to draw others in. The romantic sort who just wants to be wanted for who he is. Life is marked by tragedy but he's trying to do better on the ground and build something for himself. The warm sort who has more than a bit of sass. Flirting comes naturally and he can sense love, invoking it in others. A cupid kind of inspiration. Owns a bakery.

Asim: sun vampire. Egyptian with the spirit of ra. One of the original vampires along with his siblings and not happy about it. Has the patron and guardian of the sun surging through his veins, which sets him apart. Raises and sets the sun. Has power over light/the sun along with his vampire principles. Works as a medical examiner or morgue in the modern world. He's morbid, standoffish but still very charming when needed. Feeds off other vampires.

Zelo: luck dragon. The life of the party and one who knows how to get down. Enjoys having a good time, flirting and teasing but can be serious when the time calls for it. Is cursed with being yanked through time without warning and seeing visions of terrible things that will happen to others. Can grant wishes for prices. Highly outgoing and enjoys tricky vegas along with riddles.

Augie: north star. Has taken human form and fallen to earth for reasons he has no idea about yet. He has powers over cosmic energy, Oracle principles, divination and then abilities with light and rainbows. He's playful, new to everything and very eager to learn. A very innocent and naive the as he's learning to be human and figure out his mission. A guiding light that can lead people to finding out about who they are.

Riz: storyteller. Snarly doesn't even begin to cover it. Not the easiest person to get close to but once someone manages it he's loyal until the end. Gruff and not the least bit outgoing but enjoys wordplay and is very artistic. Is passionate, consuming and a good heart underneath it all. He's had a rough life and it's morphed him into who has become. Can read things into life, change things and influence through writing along with absorbing information.
