Once, Gabriela existed in the Seelie Court, enjoying the Summer Court but when her twin sister fell in love with a human, the Queen decided to punish her daughter but before she could, Gabriela took on all the shadow magic and in doing so created the Unseelie Court, dividing the faes for good. Her mother became livid and in her fury fell into darkness and became the leader of the Unseelies, employing many assassins to not just toy with mortals but to kill them. She did not realize at the time the price she would pay and saving her sister cost her the lives of her husband and baby. She blames her mother for the losses and has vowed revenge. Fleeing to the mortal world, Gabriela tried to be good and slowly climbed the ranks to become mayor. But the darkness beckoned and she also took on the leadership of the underground crime network. A dual kind of nature. And her twin sister gets to live in delightful peace because Gabriela's love protects her. Gabriela is now a shadow unseelie and has the power of darkness. It popped his illusion of the perfect system he thought they lived in and to combat it, he founded an underground escape route. It would take all of them to the shadow realms where freedom rang. But he not only helped non-dragon shifters, he assisted mortals as well, which ended up with him being caught. The Ancient ones were furious and his parents as well. They decided punishment would not be enough and banished him instead. Cursing him to never find a place of his own and if he happened to get close to someone he would be tormented with their tragedies and oncoming death. Cassia grew up at the Institute and is very determined and passionate for all her dealings but she has a wicked side to her that made the matriarch not very pleased with her. She's feisty, dominating and very into the push back. Nothing meek about her. Enjoys taunting and fights of all kinds. Very rough and tumble. Was sent to earth during her fifteenth year and she is still enjoying it. Only returns to the Institution when she has to carry over the fallen. A Leanan Sidhe fae who is a muse that inspires others into creative genius, which she feeds off. She's a seductress and drains the creative chi bit by bit when she engages in a sexual relationship with others and they fall in love with her. It gives her greater strength. It's also highly pleasurable and she can coax others to do things for her by a caress. Has a lot of natural sexual chi and can project it onto others. Inspiring others to indulge in pleasures, whatever they might be. Her fae aligns with that of war and she's one of the battle goddesses along with her other sisters. Story : Blood magic is a dark sort and never to be used but for the Dorans, they just did not have a choice when one dark night a mage appeared on their doorstep, demanding entry. When they refused the mage, he cursed the entire household and they all became kitsune - filled with fox spirits with their youngest inflicted with the very worst - the yako. The very essence of chaos, pain and strife. But the following morning, they were able to find a shaman and they bound the fox to only creep out on the full moon to wreck havoc, otherwise they claimed Jessamy could have a normal life but silly mortals, the nogitsune is the true trickster of all the kitsune and it had a plan. For hundreds of years, the yako took control and added blood upon blood to its fur, earning all sorts of tails in the process until one night the mortal side fought and won control. Jessamy has just recently become human again and doesn't understand much about it at all. What is being human and not a fox? Isn't aware that the fox is still taking over. She's a dual personality, as herself she's confident, self assured and take charge. Never accepts a no. Not bossy, she's the boss. Very into expensive and decadent things. But when the fox takes over, it's all chaos, fury and pain. Take no prisoners. Can perform blood magic because of the mage curse. Is a nogitsune. It creates chaos to feed on. Develops pain and strife in others. Very tricky and a great lover of riddles. Enhanced strength, endurance and speed even if she looks harmless and fragile. Has the abilities of all the other types - wind, fire, electricity/thunder, mountain, spirit, time, music, river. Exceptional on reading others and figuring out how to manipulate.
